Food is not just a bunch of ingredients people put together and push it down their throat.
When we eat it should be enjoyed and it should be something that will help the body in some way.
Sometimes when we eat,its just for our satisfaction.Making sure the food is going to form a vital part of your system.
We must eat to stay alive and stay healthy.
